Welcome to Eat Freely Nutrition Arizona, Inc., doing business as Saravita Nutrition (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, programs, online content, digital products, and membership offerings, including The Midlife Metabolism Collaborative (collectively, the “Service”).

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service and explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

By using or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, members, and users of the Service.

3.1 Subscription Terms (For Memberships Including The Midlife Metabolism Collaborative)

From time to time, we may offer subscription-based programs, including The Midlife Metabolism Collaborative (“Subscription Services”). By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the recurring billing and renewal terms described in this section.

3.2 Automatic Renewal & Free Trial Disclosures

Automatic Renewal
Subscription billing frequency (monthly or annually) will be clearly stated at checkout. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to automatically renew your subscription at the end of each term until you cancel.

Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, the trial length and first billing date will be disclosed at signup. By providing payment information and enrolling in a trial, you agree to be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

3.3 Express Informed Consent

By clicking “Purchase,” “Subscribe,” or any similar button, you:

1. Authorize us to charge the payment method provided on a recurring basis,

2. Acknowledge and agree to the automatic renewal terms, and

3. Understand that free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled in time.

3.4 Cancellation Policy & Procedure

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@saravitanutrition.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.”

Cancellations:

• Take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

• Do not qualify for prorated refunds unless required by law

• Allow continued access to the Service until the end of the billing period

If we present an optional discount or special offer at the time of cancellation (“save offer”), you may accept it or continue with your cancellation—your choice.

3.5 Annual Notice

For subscriptions billed annually, you will receive an annual reminder of your subscription and cancellation instructions via the email on file.

4. Contests, Promotions & Offers

Any contests, giveaways, or promotions made available through the Service may be governed by their own rules. If those rules conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific rules apply.

5. Refund Policy

Eat Freely Nutrition Arizona, Inc. / Saravita Nutrition provides high-quality digital programs and services. Many purchases include immediate access to proprietary materials, which is why certain products and programs are non-refundable.

The Midlife Metabolism Collaborative

• Monthly Membership: No refunds. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

• Annual Membership: Refunds available only within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds after this window.

Digital Products, Guides, Courses, Masterclasses, and Downloadables
– All sales are final. No refunds.

1:1 Services, Strategy Sessions, or Functional Testing Packages
– Refunds are not provided once services have been scheduled, delivered, or accessed.
– Rescheduling policies are listed at booking and must be followed to avoid forfeiture of the session.

Third-Party Tools or Tests
– Refunds are not available for tests, labs, functional panels, or supplements ordered, processed, or shipped.

Refund Request Process
If your product qualifies for a refund under these Terms, email support@saravitanutrition.com with:

• Full name

• Email used for purchase

• Date of purchase

• Product purchased

• Reason for request

• Any required documentation (if applicable)

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

By purchasing from Saravita Nutrition, you agree to abide by these refund terms. Policies may be updated at any time.

6. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit through the Service (comments, posts, uploads, etc.). By posting content, you confirm that you own it and that it does not violate any rights.

You grant Saravita Nutrition a license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for purposes related to operation of the Service.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor user-generated content.

All content belonging to Saravita Nutrition is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For unlawful or harmful purposes

• To harass, exploit, or harm others

• To transmit spam or unauthorized marketing

• To impersonate the Company or other users

• To upload harmful code or disrupt the Service
